As part of our management services, we will develop a Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management program specifically designed to maximize revenues for each property. We will provide the expertise, develop an Action Plan, then ensure assigned duties are in place for the on-site management to follow.

We can assist in developing a Brand that fits the product and the market to enhance the marketplace position, or finding the right franchise to provide the property with the identity it needs. Turnkey design services and creative expertise are available for logos, graphic design, communication plans and amenities.

Interim Management

Inntimate Inns can provide qualified professionals for Operations, Revenue Management or Sales. Many of these are available on short notice to fulfill a specific role for a set period of time or a specific project.  This service has been used by properties when changing management, holidays, illness or short term maternity.
